Big update on land acquisition in Bihar, documents will be digitized, strict orders issued

Bihar land Record: A big update has come out regarding land acquisition in Bihar. Now all the land acquisition documents in Bihar will be made online. All the land acquisition papers in Bihar have now been ordered to be digitized by the department. The department will digitize all the documents. 

So that it can be kept safe for years and there will never be any problem in finding it. The documents will open on a click. The Director of the Revenue Department said that a report of the work done will be sent in a week. If the work is slow, then the Collector should instruct the concerned at his level.

Now all documents related to land acquisition will be digitized. The Revenue and Land Reforms Department has informed all districts about this. 

The Director of the Department, Sushil Kumar, has informed all the District Magistrates and asked them to complete this work expeditiously.

The director said that earlier also all the districts were informed about this and were asked to expedite the work, but its progress is very slow. He has expressed displeasure over this.

There is a risk of damage to the hard copy

He said that a large amount of land is acquired for important government projects in the state and district. Till now, all its documents are kept in hard copy. 

There is a possibility of it getting damaged. Therefore, these documents are kept safe in the district archives. Despite this, it can get damaged.

Decision to digitize all documents

Therefore, the department has decided to digitize all the documents. So that it can be kept safe for years and there will never be any problem in searching. The documents will open with a single click. His request was that a report of the work done in a week should be given. 

If the work is slow, then the Collector should give instructions to the concerned at his level. So that the work of digitizing the documents can be completed completely.
