Steam forms on the glass of the car when there is moisture inside the car and the cabin temperature does not match the outside temperature. In such a situation, you can check the outside temperature on your car's MID or on Google. 

After which you can remove the steam by reducing the temperature of the car by two degrees from the outside temperature. For example, if the outside temperature is 22 degrees, then the temperature inside the car has to be kept at 20 degrees.

How to avoid cold

So at that time always keep the wing towards the windscreen and as soon as you move away, reduce the cooling of the AC. At this time, keep the wing towards the windshield. Due to which the air of the AC will not go in front and you will not feel cold.
