How much milk can you drink daily

Every person's physical and digestive capacity is different. In such a situation, every person drinks less milk than the other. But from health point of view, drinking 250 ml to 400 ml milk every day is sufficient.

What will happen if you drink too much milk?

Eating any healthy thing in large quantities does not increase its benefits but instead causes toxicity in the body. Its first effect is on digestion, due to which problems like bloating, diarrhea, gas can occur.

There are disadvantages to drinking milk too!

According to the Cleveland Clinic, milk is one of the factors that increase heart disease risk. This is due to the saturated fat present in it which is responsible for increasing fat in the arteries. At the same time, in some studies, excessive consumption of milk has also been found to be related to hip fracture.
